  Good Afternoon Dave,
  I wanted to send you a note in regards to Bill Scollard and the work he has done for EnCana on WellView over the past 3+ years.  Bill has done the most outstanding job and is without a doubt one of the best programmers that I have had the pleasure to work with.  He has a very good understanding of the WellView database and the critical time lines around having the data updated.  Here within the Clearwater BU I have had requests from my leads and peers to have data updated in order to help with the quality and Bill is extremely efficient in getting these updates done as well as double checking any anomalies and pointing them out before proceeding with the final scripts.
  Although Bill will be moving on, I do hope that when things at EnCana turn around, and the economic situation improves, that Bill will be returning to us.
